ID2020: United Nations Exploring self-Sovereign Identity

Position Statement #1:

Currently, there are more than 1.5 Billion people on planet Earth living without a functional identity for baseline participation in any human Society. data

Position Statement #2: 

Children in advanced economies represent a leading vector of identity theft due to the process by which identity is registered and utilized systemically. data

Position Statement #3:

A self-Sovereign identity functions with "declared" authority representing human origin, requiring no National Sovereign model to stand it up as valid, as demonstrated by John Hancock and others in declaring independence structurally from existing National Sovereign authority. data

Position Statement #4:

The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Articles 7 & 8, have misconstrued administrative precedence that fail to provide infrastructure guaranteeing Human Rights prior to National Sovereign administration. data

In order to provide the benefits of civil Society to each and every Individual human being on planet Earth, the baseline structure of participation as data objects must resolve to self-Sovereign people prior to Nationally administered systems of ID registration. The act of registering into a database in order to be conceived of as a human with Rights is backwards to observable reality, and denies the origin of Human Rights as those which come from and are guaranteed by the existence of humanity, Individually represented.

National Sovereignty can not preempt self-Sovereign authority by the methods used to inaugurate participation, or the baseline value proposition of civil Society is destroyed prior to formation. The absence of a baseline model of Human Rights as documented and administered via identity mechanism, represents a great error of conceptualizing and omitting the actual structure of human authority on planet Earth.

Systems like to promulgate the notion of their own required relevance and superiority to the functioning of human civilization. Yet, whenever a great crisis emerges, whether natural disaster or otherwise, it is always Individuals which are required to stand up and act, to fix problems, serve needs, and restore any semblance of order and security. National administrative systems and their mechanized outcomes are ubiquitously late, always under-staffed, under-funded and never adequately understand the problems on the ground as they actually exist.

Individual people, practicing personal Sovereign authority, are required to stand up every notion of National Sovereignty the world has ever known. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA would not, and perhaps could not, exist without this model of personal Sovereignty demonstrated for every National Sovereign & King by way of the big John Hancock that stood firm in guaranteeing its existence personally.

The current flawed notion of inaugurating Sovereign participation only after registration of an identity within a National Sovereign database not only sets the stage for a denial of Human Rights in administrative Terms, it also perverts the integrity of Individual identity, making victims of babies, and perhaps itself represents an unconstitutional model of participation, given the lack of 5th Amendment integrity guaranteed by its very data structure.

Identity is the control parameter of freedom and security in the modern socio-economic system. The denial of self-Sovereign data integrity and empowerment, whether by an error of omission or National intent, represents the greatest infliction against the perpetuation of freedom in the world. While modern data tools such as the internet were framed by National Defense Agencies and budgets, their utilization far eclipses the original design intent and aspirations already in the year 2016, and must be protected from misuse by administrative functions with flawed origins of human participation and authority in the transactions driving value today, and in the future.

It is not only a National emergency to accurately map Sovereignty in America, but to install administrative mechanisms which protect and ensure the continued security and prosperity of Individual Human Rights on planet Earth by way of the structure of identity administration. As Abraham Lincoln believed that the "Declaration of Independence" represented a crucial document to the understanding and interpretation of the Constitution, the omission of a recursive signatory, representing every American as the source of their own Sovereign authority has also manifested a Sovereign model of administration that increasingly finds Individual people at the mercy of both State and Corporate agents of authority with enhanced Rights from those guaranteed to people under the laws "We the People" regard as existing of, by and for the protection of our undeniable Rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

It is 2016.

Identity for every person in the world may hinge on the Constitutional integrity of identity for any man, women and child in America, and thereby the process by which it is administered into existence.

Structure yields results; identity-enslavement by administrative process must end on planet Earth.
