No registration system which denies personal Sovereign source authority by virtue of backwards administrative precedence is acting in accord with the observable Rights and structure of Sovereignty in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and should be re-Constituted by the appropriate legal measures where possible, and by any means necessary otherwise.
Sovereignty of, by and for the people, guaranteed by certain unalienable Rights endowed by our Creator, acts with human authority in all socio-political-economic schemes that can ever be understood and acted upon. This, We The People guarantee with our lives, liberty and fortunes unto the end.
The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is born of personal Sovereignty, writ large so no King's administration system would ever miss its message. Each of us stand witness.
Article 7 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child states:
Article 7
1. The child shall be registered immediately after birth and shall have the right from birth to a name, the right to acquire a nationality and. as far as possible, the right to know and be cared for by his or her parents.
2. States Parties shall ensure the implementation of these rights in accordance with their national law and their obligations under the relevant international instruments in this field, in particular where the child would otherwise be stateless.
Article 8
1. States Parties undertake to respect the right of the child to preserve his or her identity, including nationality, name and family relations as recognized by law without unlawful interference.
2. Where a child is illegally deprived of some or all of the elements of his or her identity, States Parties shall provide appropriate assistance and protection, with a view to re-establishing speedily his or her identity.
A couple words and methods are missing from this understanding of National and Human Rights. The systemic denial of personal Sovereign source authority within the administrative functioning of Society represents an un-American data structure, in both legal standing and philosophical bent. The origin of human participation within any State, and the mere perception of the possibility for stateless conditions, necessitates that Individual self-reliance and self-resiliency can in no way be degraded as expressions of liberty, justice, or the pursuit of happiness based on their participation in a State system at any time in their lives.
Any parent may serve as the default and root Registrar, Guarantor and Legal Guardian of a self-Sovereign Human being, and protection by the State shall ensure that accountability and opportunity for self-Sovereign expression via ID transactions is availed to all people, regardless of National Sovereign affiliations.
I believe we are looking at a re-Constitution of human authority as expressed in Sovereign Terms. The lack of a recursive signatory is the first act of amendment, one issued at an age of accountability adequately considered, and conveyed by self-Sovereign ID structure with full citizen Rights of both the world, and the National State of designation and allegiance.
A Declaration of Independence is a recursive act, from one life to the next, one generation to the next. It is the first act in the establishment of a Nation of, by and for its people. It is the foundation of a Constitution that stands for, protects, and guarantees the self-Sovereign Rights of 'We the People', united in defense and expression of personal freedom, justice and mutual well-being without constraints unduly ordered.
Our administration as people tells the story of the kind of people we wish to be. In America, this includes the inherent Right of self-Sovereign authority over expression of all types. The structure of this opportunity and responsibility is the leverage that the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA enjoys over every other administrative system in the world. Now, as the internet becomes ubiquitous with human existence, the methods of our expression must transcend past errors of omission.
The absence of a signatory event representing Individual Agreement with the Constitutional structure of personal Human authority in a Society constructed as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is, represents a gross oversight in the structure of Individual Rights as conveyed by data administration. The systemic capture of identity data and modus operandi of market construction and liability insurance represents a failure of epic proportion that can not be allowed to persist into the future, beyond 2016.
