America: US Constitution does not compute.
A development requirement is hereby defined; if a "Law" or "Human Right" or "Civil Right" does not compute by default, it does not exist in a functional state and requires a change of conditions.
The administration of human beings does not manufacture human Rights or Constitutional Laws inherently. People are required for this task. Mostly, volunteers who create with open source transparency and empowerment for all of their peers to choose to engage on equal footing, as communities of interest should. Individuals, working and creating among one another. Together, demonstrating the "Human Rights", and constructing the "Civil Rights", with instruments of word and logic that will become "Law" itself through time and ratification by consensus of some type.
Governments are created by mankind to guarantee these "Rights" and "Laws" and to administer them according to their meaning.
But, what happens when the Constitution that derives authority for any Government no longer computes? What happens when a new, digital layer of civil Society begins manufacturing data-driven capabilities in an "Unconstitutional" manner? What happens when Constitutional Law can not compute accurately enough any longer without being re-written using a new more expressive and computationally powerful language structure?
Simple: you re-write it in computationally accurate language structure and material Terms.
Law schools across the country need to prioritize a fundamental shift in the output of their Institutional efforts. The Government of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA should fund and ratify the inherent necessity of outputting a computationally accurate US Constitution with inherent logic constructed from the material documentation of intent in the Declaration of Independence bestowed upon all people who are or may become American citizens.
As a Sovereign Nation, our inherent design is our competitive advantage over any competing socio-economic design manufactured by other human societies on this planet. Our goal as a civil Society is declared and operational, or it is not computationally accurate enough to warrant allegiance. "We the People" must possess operational integrity the very moment of ID origination in any US Constitutional Governing system, as the people of whom, by whom and for whom the US Government exists to serve. Any computational model of authority otherwise constructed is "Unconstitutional" by definition.
Sovereign jurisdictions exist because of Human authority. Authority is Sovereignty. The administration of Sovereignty differs in form and format from one jurisdiction to the next, and any civil jurisdiction that operates without computational accuracy stands in violation of its own Constitutional design, and Sovereign integrity.
Humans restore Sovereign authority directly. Every war and natural disaster is a living testament to this fact. People construct laws for people. Governments are Instituted by people to guarantee the Rights of people. Tools of people are used to create tools that are to operate for the benefit of people. Laws must be computationally present in the operational integrity of any data-driven system that administers the Rights and Sovereign authority of people within a Constitutional system.
At ID formation, the relationship of integrity between a "Person" and a "Government" system depends on computational accuracy and the definition of contextually accurate Constitutional Rights in the systemic exchanges that are required or necessary for the administration of civil Society by the people that comprise its constituency. Citizens must have computationally accurate and operational Constitutional Rights.
Who is ready to build some Constitutional technologies?
It begins by understanding that our emissions as data creators every day of our lives have Rights, because people have Rights, and laws exist for people, not entities that depend on people to exist.
