The opening statements of each leader of Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook make very clear-spoken statements about their very general value within the system they have a relationship to, via the Government they are presently giving testimony to. This conversation is in reality a very structural relationship. The Government gives structural origin to each corporation providing their CEO, an employee and shareholder, the opportunity to represent a voice unto this corporate entity. Corporations are file cabinets, with relational files structuring the operating model and fossil record of this administrative entity. Corporations can only "talk" if a human being cedes their default human data structure, and assumes the data structure of an employee or shareholder. This is a very deliberate process, requiring forms to be filled out, and affecting things like taxation directly. Structure yields meaningful results.
The source relationship of the Government, expressing represented voices upon us in temporal relativity to the year 2020, is the one between the Individual humans that make this Government a real entity every day, every year, every vote, every transaction in the marketplace.
People are fundamentally missing from this conversation, because the source relationship between people and the structured entity called Government is flawed. You do not have an accurate operational relationship with your Government. Slaves have accurate relationships with their masters, and they are easily observable. Within the boundaries that Sovereign authority has reigning power, the structured data representing your relationship to the Government of your citizenship defines the operational reality of your human life. Are you the source of your own Rights, or were your Rights provisioned to you? Did you source your own identity, or did you register your legal identity within a database Trust? How is your authority structured? Can you prove your own authority directly, or do you have to ask permission to be legally empowered?
At the root of problems in America in 2020 is a relationship that people have with Government.
"We the people" are an artifact of literature, codified imperfectly in writing within documents serving as the foundation of law within the American jurisdiction of Sovereign authority. Life makes real what literature makes perfectly static. Dynamic reality requires intelligence at the edges of operating markets and "civil" Society. This is why Judges exist. That is not optional. Static laws can never replace the authority of humans to declare life, liberty and their personal pursuit of happiness in all of the micro-transactions that comprise a free and valued human life. Laws protect this human liberty, and deal in the consequences of failure, when human freedoms are abused by other entities with a responsibility to empower the guarantees that Sovereign Nations exist to serve.
Yes, I know, all Sovereign Nations have different philosophies about how to guarantee the Human Rights of their people. For my purposes, I am singularly focused on the meaning of human authority within my own Sovereign Nation, America. I know what the source of authority in America looks like, how it is structured, and how it is defended in meaningful ways. I know what the word "literacy" means in operational Terms.
Lawyers are administrative managers of a legal system. They are taught how to manage their administrative functions based on precedent. And precedent is the God of Sovereign authority within the legal system. Root precedent, upon which the "Declaration of Independence" is based, and upon which every law and Right defined in the Constitution is based, is singularly dependent on one statement of principle and structural outcome, expressed in reality via the data architecture of citizenship itself.
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
People must understand the direct expression of integrity required for this country to operate. Provisioned Rights do not exist in America. People either source all of their Rights directly, or they do not exist. This is the relationship missing from every civil and market transaction in 2020. "We the People" have lost operational literacy due to legal mis-translation by legal administrators called lawyers. Law Schools across the Sovereign territory stand accountable for this flaw, and its propagation.
To fix America, to fix the relationships with "Big Tech" or any other market model, American citizens must fix the relationship they have with their Government. The American Government begins when Individual declare their living relationship to the data structure and administrative methods of citizenship. This process of inaugurating a citizen identifier, and the process by which citizen authority is expressed in this "more perfect Union" is the foundation of whether the Constitution holds any operational integrity, and whether any operational accuracy can exist between people and the corporations that exist administratively to serve the interests of the people they receive source authority on behalf of.
This Sovereign authority context sets every context, from root data structure, to social asset and liability definitions, to the process by which "buyers" and "sellers" interact within a market space that is freely associated to with defined structural leverage. Facebook makes data slaves of people, because the source relationship of an American citizen in 2020 within the Government giving Facebook existence makes data slaves of people. Markets express the root data structure they are built to serve. When people do not own root authority, data structures loot people of the asset definitions inherent to a valued existence, and replace it with liability definitions foisted upon a dependent population lacking functional literacy.
Our country can no longer propagate a model of data enslavement, wherein people exist on a data plantation provisioning Rights to data dependencies and social liabilities. That is an "Un-American" data structure and operational model. For America to win the future and achieve its manifest destiny, it must evolve beyond its false limitations and fix its root operational flaws.
People own root authority in America, or America does not exist.
Our founding data structure as people is broken, and therefore all markets = conversations are broken. People can not relate to each other accurately in the market anymore. The fundamental shift in data administration methods and formats has changed the very nature of the relationship that structures all "legal" notions implied by the existence of a Government, with Constitutional documents/literature giving force to the root relationship of Sovereignty itself.
Corporations exist because of the root relationship between people and our Government in America. People have lost/ceded root authority because they are unable to demonstrate functional literacy.
The root of our existence is no longer computationally accurate for all. All relationships suffer from this inaccuracy, in real operational Terms driven by root data structures they can not control, or protect, except by non-participation and self-subsistence.
This inherently breaks our social contract, and compels a redefinition of a "more perfect Union". No matter how history is interrogated, our present moment can not accurately account for the relationship that every Individual is conveying Sovereign authority via.
