Backwards Mapping

Can you read in reverse? Can you think in reverse? 

Can you administer information accurately for human intent? Are you a Government manager, in any loosely defined capacity? Are you in public administration? Do you work in a Public School? 

Does data make sense to you in reverse order of delivery?

Do you have any idea what I am talking about? Have you ever built a data system to process human intent, in any form? Designing data systems where administration happens, where data files become useful for various administrative purposes, is a human-made outcome. People build data systems, up to 2020. 

How many data systems are there that interact with each and every human on the planet? How many were built in a human-centric manner? What is the administrative Rights process, whereby provisioned capabilities are designed into the system in advance of use, or as a result of use. Real-time creation of administrative mechanisms has never been possible, and time lagging need has been the default human experience, up to 2020. 

Some people believe they see a binary "Producer" and "Consumer" structure to the socio-economic spectrum of existence. This "Supply" and "Demand" structure is fundamental to the economic world view, up to 2020. But what if this was an illusion, how would you know? How would you be influenced by social structure if you were unable to answer that question for yourself? How would you test your system?

This is a fundamental inflection point for all people interested in mapping the administration of human-centric systems. Methods matter, and structure yields results. False assumptions will not compute accurately enough for functional outcomes. When non-functional outcomes appear, such as Facebook in 2020, it is indication that fundamental errors of omission or false models of interaction are present in the required human-centric system.

Authority is the root asset of a human-centric system. Throughout ALL OF TIME expressed in human context, management systems have come and gone based on the relationship to human authority they express. Our global history is diverse and divergent, as all of us are interacting with every other one of us that time allows. Sometimes that goes well, other times it goes horribly wrong. That's history, up to 2020.

The root administration of authority in "Civil Society" represents the primary key for driving accurate administration. This is not optional. The source of root authority is by default "Human". This root authority is an asset. This root asset is freely given by our Creator, with free will implied by design. That is fundamental to the administration of "Human Rights" in a human-centric system. People possesses root authority as Individuals in this world. Families are the baseline protectorate of this asset, and when it goes well as is predominantly the case, it is understood that each human life is a gift worth taking care of, protecting, loving, and giving value to. It is a simple transaction wrapped around the most intensely human time of creation that our species experiences.

Here is when data administration begins. Root human administration is a family-centric function. Source authority belongs inherently to each "Individual Human Being" on this planet, and each has a an opportunity constructed at the moment of their birth by the administrative structure of their personal existence in "Civil Society", the ultimate expression of Freedom, Justice, and Rights For All that exists on planet Earth, up to 2020.

Do you understand what this means? Did your family do it correctly? Did your school teach it? Did your degree in public administration teach it? Do you know how to administer a human-centric system?

Some do, some don't, such is life. Right? Producers and consumers, supply and demand, socio-economics.. laws, Constitutions, Declarations of Independence... civil societies all over the world.. this is how "We The People" administer the world, each of it's people, one by one? 

Self-Sovereignty; a Nation such as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA could not exist except for the proven existence of such a human creation. "John Hancock" does not simply attest WRIT LARGE for the King of England's past, it speaks permanently to every King Administration System wheretofor root human authority is in question, and of blood consequence. That is not optional.

Time and again, Humanity requires saving. Individuals the world over throughout history of every race gender or inclination of thought have answered that call. Individuals control human authority, up to 2020. 

Now is different.. not simply because of the news items affecting 2020, but more so because human progress is entering a new epoch. Digital intelligence networking with all of the sensors, tracking and motor technologies attached into it's programmable interface are changing the foundational measures by which literacy itself is defined. As people, humans are being programmed, or they are programming themselves, and the shift is epoch.

Which side of the equation do you exist within? Are you programming the world, or being programmed by it? Can you tell when the level switches format? Can you see the data you are giving and receiving directly, are you able to work with others directly, or are you blindly Agreeing to Terms of Service contracts without personal recourse or memory?

Seriously, I already know the answer by virtue you are reading my 3rd party blog. So does the 3rd party.

And that is our problem together, up to 2020.

From here forward, structure yields results. Human-centric systems will speak for themselves. Poorly constituted systems will speak loudly by their disfunction. Fixing this disfunction, and empowering "Functional Literacy" broadly among the human population remains our great goal as a developing species. No, "We The People" do not all Agree in principle with how to best develop ourselves. No, that is not a requirement for sucess.

People can be diverse, and administration can remain human-centric, so long as Individuals process authority directly as people with personal Sovereignty, connected to others of equal structural consequence. This is the ONLY operational equality possible; Individuals with Sovereign authority directly expressed.

Government management systems can be amended into any form needed to serve their constituency accurately, but this backwards mapping of human-centric systems must start from one equal foundation; Self-Sovereign Individuals living freely among one another.

It is not optional in 2020 and beyond.
