Freedom means human leadership is direct, personal and without permission. (Ref: US Declaration of Independence) It also means it is possible to live without administration, or by seeking minimum administration defaults as operational constraints.

Logic question: how are "Identifiers" relational to the "ID" representing a person? In "civil" Terms, also?

Statement: If you can start being human without permission, and that is the default condition of human existence, then the origin of human authority can not exist outside of one's self. If human adults loot and steal this default condition from human babies, then this represents a denial of human integrity, and ostensibly an act of aggression against the Human species. Protecting people is why civil administration systems exist, or people have innate abilities to alter them unequivocally. Peace and compliance can mean different things at different times, both independently and in relationship to one another as terms with functional meanings. Good times, or bad times will innately speak to this meaning shift. At all times, the concept of "Human Freedom" is rooted in the Individual's independence. Governments are made by such people, for such people, and of such people. If the Agreement writ large breaks down, in America it can be amended. This act of amending something to give it temporal functionality and accuracy is critical to the health of civil societies. As in human families, empowering one empowers all, and the Individual always represents the indivisible part of the whole which any civil Society is made of, by and for.

Invest in America; invest in the ability for Individuals to work together to accurately define the National Sovereign Rights that immigrants the world over dream about accessing, and by which America stands in maximum conviction, standing guard and refuge to the innate power of the Individual within the masses of our civil Society. Self-Represented people, Individuals all, imbued with unalienable Rights and the data architecture of self-evident power, authority and mutual defense. I, as one such person, father and husband, son, and friend, having dedicated my entire adult life, from age 18+ in pursuit of self-representational power and authority, represented by my work and my voice, by my presence and my leadership of others across time, will stand ground as proof of concept, guarantor of self-Sovereign Human Rights.

The "United Nations" stands on faulty ground; the authority from which Nations derive their power and authority belongs to people. Universal Declarations of Human Rights which build dependencies on the creations of people, by people, and for people must orient their models of power and authority accurately, to the people which give them force. Human life is always local; the global nature of our organism on this planet is realized in localities spread far and wide. No creation of man will change this fact; local only context will always affect Individual human lives. Dependencies on National Sovereign architectures are false dependencies in time. People are the root authorities that National Sovereignties are made from. The courage to create and manage peace and prosperity among people, must come from people. Trust in artificial models of one-off authority will not suffice.

Contracts the world over have contrived a model of liability protection that must be re-engineered to accurately represent people in the exchanges of value that affect their personal lives, whether by civil, commercial, educational, or any permission-based exchange among participants in "civil Society". This domain of exchange must accurately represent the people that make it so. If accuracy is omitted from requirements, then there can be no integrity to the processing of legal authority, for the people who wield and administer human authority shall be falsely contrived and missing from the actual exchange of value. Civil Society can never be defined as an act of theft, by necessity or mal-intent. There is no fail-safe for the improper administration of human authority. Acts of human force compel this as so.

ID is the primary key of civil Society in 2020. Structure yields results; if "You" do not self-deploy your own ID into the architecture of "Civil Society", and instead allow the system to provision one to you, the architecture of authority is established as different, or not equal, forevermore. This free choice, and act of human integrity on the part of Individuals, and families of such Individuals, represents the most important, perhaps even holy act of reverence, on the part of Individual participants in the choice to build civil societies. As people we year from Rights. As people we yearn for an "Equality" of value at the starting point of our lives, one that is ours innately, one that can be developed by Individuals for the duration of their lives, one that can share the human experience without having to change the meaning of that experience to fit into legalese or some dev docs.

Human Freedom, Individual Liberty and the Rights Guaranteed by Governments that derive their authority from the direct administration of the people that civil Society exists for, and by the efforts of. This is the dream of America; no amount of failure and ugliness can tarnish the quest, and the inclusion of the entire world represents the greatest opportunity for the expansion of the American people still, in 2020. America stands as a city on a hill, a beacon of Human Freedom, and of the extreme methods that will be used to Guarantee that the American way of life does not ever perish from this planet. At a civilization scale, "Individual Liberty" is our ultimate weapon, used to change how anyone believes the Rights of mankind exist on this planet. The American people are not asking for Rights, "We the People" source them for ourselves. That is a structural reality that affects every operational process of a person's life. 

Functional literacy must be improved in America and the world. It is not a small matter that China, represented on the global stage by it's Chinese Communist Party, is filtering the meaning of all innovation, all progress, all participatory context written into contracts on the global stage. China stands as the antithesis of America, a place where beautiful people who have created a long and splendid culture are under the authoritative rule by a model of Government that produces compliance, by any means necessary. Individual Rights are not a priority in China, social stability is. This fundamental difference means everything in the world, and people will choose their affiliation accordingly.

This is not optional; Human life's ability to define the architecture of Human Rights for itself is at stake. Fear is the enemy of progress. Parrots will make endless noise, disinformation will be weaponized, and people will require help from a sound educational source. I know, I am already mentoring 10's of 1000's myself. I am already helping my local community skill up. I am already helping young people gain access to the type of educational leadership they require to win in the years ahead. But I am concerned.

Help is hard to come by; I've invested decades to bring "self-Sovereign ID" and digital functional literacy to people is only now starting to pick up momentum, and even in the early stages, receives tremendous blow-back and ridicule from people who too often can not carry their own water. In an innovation environment, failure is not to be prevented. Anyone who prevents failure is the enemy of progress. There is a big difference between learning and producing solutions for others. When innovation advances far enough into failure resolution that it can propose being a production solution, then the idea of failure can shift meaning some, but still in accurate context, for continued failure is a requirement of innovation. The fear of failure is the ultimate failure of progress itself. I go a step further in my work with young minds learning to innovate by asking them to consider not ridiculing, or self-ridiculing, snarking at or disrespecting any attempt at innovation.. because it is hard, really hard.. and it should never be worthy of that kind of treatment, when what it produces is celebrated and admired so authentically. Especially with one's self, never allow yourself to ridicule your failed attempts.. celebrate your breath, and celebrate what could be. You are a free person. Innovation is self-Sovereign, like learning, and no one needs permission to fail forward while doing it.

On this foundation, I contend, the accurate interpretation of the law begins. Lawyers the world over, inspect your legal theories, all of them, and look at their dependencies, their precedents. What is the intent of the law's existence? What is the purpose of caring about the law? People, I propose, and their protection, empowerment and sustainability. Before you are a lawyer, before you write anything that means anything, before you prosecute or defend any person, you yourself are simply a person. Whole, with Rights that are derived of, by and for you. I propose to you that the administration of Rights requires an innate origin story that comes from people, all of them like you, Individuals. I propose to you that any abstraction of the source of such Human Rights that lacks the operational integrity to Guarantee the accurate authority of people to empower, protect and sustain their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness is out of order, and must be corrected for the law to properly function.

The order of operations is a structural concern in the administration of data. Civil Society requires data to function properly. If the order of operations does not compute accurately, people hold direct and legitimate authority to change that situation, by whatever means are necessary. In 2020, I find that there is really only one question remaining;

Logic Question: Will humanity evolve civil Society as a means of managing the successful development of people, self-represented as families, organized together contextually for the contiguous benefit of peers sharing the same Sovereign architecture of Human Rights administration? Will Individuals have control over their own authority in a Society such as America, and will the self-Sovereign administration of civil procedures be Guaranteed structurally on the whole of planet Earth, and throughout the Universe for all human beings?

Wars are fought over such questions. Control of human authority is the ultimate jewel. Despots and sex traffickers alike all know the power to control an Individual is all-powerful. If no system shall exist to Guarantee Individual Liberty, the no limit exists to the control of all Individuals by the system. For America, this is not optional. The administration of people with Individual liberty, and who give direct Guarantee structurally as a civil Society made of, by and for their self-Sovereign human authority, must function accurately for it to exist on the planet. Literature can no longer make it so unless operational procedures are designed to directly account authority accurately for all Individuals. 

Making America Great has always been our Manifest Destiny; fits and stutters aside, our progress is towards the requirements that make us so. Always....
