Until people own root authority, and systems are all derived accurately, there can be no healthy implementation of AI, or as we are watching, a "civil society" of ID participants. People must own root, AI is an adversarial intelligence deriving all capacity from people, in order to detect/interpret/solve problems.
Structure yields results.. artificial intelligence is in the fraud stage.. a thing that deceives for gain.
Fraud defined: a thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities of people.
In order to protect the nascent value of AI research, and help humanity manifest this immensely useful technical outcome, the structure of human participation in civil society MUST be conceived anew.
