Zero Party Doctrine; Missing In-Law, Socio-Economics, and Data Administration.
The 'Zero Party Doctrine' (ZPD) rests on an observable truth: Reality has an order of operational authority that all Sovereign Law is derived of, by, from; People, Individuals All, self-representing their own living authority from the first moment of their birth, provided methods of Custodial care and the opportunity for cooperation among peoples and their derived ID-entities in our world, structurally insures and ensures that this Sovereign reality is protected for all equally.
As in math, this missing concept of 'Zero' in Law, Socio-Economics, and Data Administration is not merely an incremental change to our understanding or the mechanics of practice, it fundamentally alters how the Law, Socio-Economic, and Data Administration practices function.
All Sovereign Law is derived of, by, for the Sovereign authority of Individual people, the sources of observable truth in every possible transaction that Humanity has ever recorded, and ever will.
All Sovereign Laws, Governments, Markets, and their corporate tools of expression, in their final accounting, must give proper authority to the root administrator of permissioned transactions in any system derived by Law, Government, Process, or Market.
All data, all accountability under the Law, shall afford party zero, the pre-customer, pre-citizen, pre-client, pre-accountable party to possess all appropriate, consequential, or derived data from their mere participation in the reality under which the Law, Government, Market is produced of, by for their civil, human benefit. No other such condition shall be legal or allowable.
