People get mad at corporations... tools, file cabinets... but the people practices evade scrutiny. Don't take your frustration out on hammers, don't weaken their use to solve problems and build capabilities, instead focus on workforce tendencies, habits of mind that people demonstrate. Therein is the real issue.
