For this reason, women and children are demonstrable as the first casualties of our current structural flaw in organizing the Sovereign integrity of Society. While modern Society does not regard the administrative capture, leverage and sale of citizen data as a form of "Human-data slavery", increasingly the structural flaw embedded in the administrative provenance of identity registration by Human beings within an automated administration system will yield destructive results when measured by Individuals.
As a Society advancing administrative processes, 'We' take the Sovereign control of authority away from babies when they are born via identity administration, and wrap it in a legal authority that only exists, according to this same legal perspective, because of the existence of this legal authority.
Society is the result of legal authority in this design. And yet, something innate comes into this world with the baby... a sovereign design that is provable in nature as real, and has been demonstrated time and again, including at the founding of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
While the demonstration of this fact has always required war to ensue... a question persists... is it possible to deliberately structure Society using a personally Sovereign data structure defined by Individuals that makes Society more free and secure than the administrative model we are currently enduring?
The logic of this administrative model of legal authority is wanting, relying on historic consideration for temporal patience. Meaning, we tolerate what we must while we must. When problems happen, natural disasters or man-made disasters, there is no magic administrator that comes to our rescue. Individual people of self-reliant and empowered nature serve those roles. We call those people heroes that do more than is required of them for the benefit of others. It is a worthy and aspirational definition of character.
Individuals found nations. Individuals defend nations. Individuals lead families. Individuals make Humanity what it is. Together, our species is a species of Individual constituents... none of which can survive alone, all of which provide the whole story of what we are as a species of Individuals. The one and the many, together we are the same... Individuals.
The logic of managing sovereignty centrally, from within an administrative system via identity authority, is an old idea that has come as far as we need it. Just far enough in some cases, too far in others. Administrative control of sovereign authority must now be designed to accurately reflect the structure and nature of Individual Human participation in Society. The relationship between an Individual and the Rights that Society is composed of and composes regularly must originate with a healthy form of accountability and opportunity.
For too long, the logic of controlling sovereignty and taking it from Human babies in order to administer their Rights upon them has been allowed to persist. Similarly, women have endured a relationship with sovereign authority that tells a tale of unequal access and apportionment of Rights. Indeed, on a cursory glance at history, it would appear that sovereign authority on this planet has been dominated by a logic that is as old as the caveman.
The logic goes like this:
Because babies can not take care of themselves, we must take care of them under our legally constructed authority wherein sovereign authority resolves to administrative decision makers accountable to a bureaucracy of regulations and stipulations.
Similarly, because women can not defend themselves against our physical domination as men, 'We the People' can decide when they receive Rights equal to those of us that make up the actual decision making structure of sovereign authority as managed by our bureaucratic apparatus.
Women and children, sovereignty as an abstract and un-personal experience is your innate reality, and your receipt of equal access to the Rights of Society and the opportunities of accountable stewardship of those Rights is up for temporal consideration apparently. That a current US President must stand before his Nation and defend "Equal pay for equal work" is not an idea that persists because of personal sovereignty... instead, it persists only because the abstract variety... administered sovereignty... rules our expectations.
The LGBT movement should take notice. Personal sovereignty rewards Individual Human beings with a form of authority that makes equality as the Human condition absolute. "Marriage" is an administrative process wherein forms are filed and structural Rights are assembled. It is a contract. Calling a contract "Marriage" and getting the Rights included in the contract are not necessarily the same thing. Why get in the habit of winning battles and losing wars? Really...
Personal sovereignty is being denied in Society currently to everyone that can not assemble it for themselves. Some believe that personal sovereignty precludes them from acknowledging their relationship with the rest of Humanity, Society, our species... that rules are unenforceable upon sovereign Individuals and that taxes are illegal. These people are incorrect, and more importantly, these people risk criminal consequences from many of those beliefs, and especially any act that harms any other sovereign Individual in Society.
Personal sovereignty is not the same as self-subsistence. You want to leave the grid... leave the species... (good luck)... but seriously, you want to leave this planet and explore mars... that may be possible... and when it is, you will have the opportunity to experience self-subsistence. But you will no longer be experiencing personal sovereignty, unless you are structuring your efforts to build and grow the Human condition. Humanity is an organism of Individuals... Individuals can not leave their organism, but their organism can not create anything without Individual efforts. Teams are made from Individuals... good teams are made from Individuals that work well together.
Sovereignty is made by Individuals. Individual Sovereign authority is the root of Human security and freedom in this world. The perversion of this fact by administrative design is causing immense problems, and the Internet is exposing these issues in many important ways. Data privacy and personal Identity are the lowest rungs on the personal sovereignty ladder. Because we have mis-represented ourselves, our administration and operational integrity has run into problems. Corporations with legally constructed Rights now overpower Individual Human beings with ease, and Individual laborers repackaged by administrative design as employees make the power of corporations an exponentially growing phenomenon. The separation of the have's and the have not's by relationship to their administrative structure is rampant and expanding unchecked.
And soon to arrive... robots structured as corporations with limited liability will go head to head with Human beings as competitive entities seeking socio-economic opportunity.
Women and children... you are why personal sovereignty matters. Speak up.
You are self-Sovereign by design, and NO FORCE levied against you can change that.
