What is Sovereignty?

The culture of power that you exist within, either as a part of or under the authority of, determines the nature of the condition that you understand personally as "local resiliency".

If you are a minority group living under hostile conditions within a culture that fails to acknowledge such definitions of hostility, how does the structure of local resiliency affect cultural participation in Society?

What would you define local resiliency as for yourself? What is your cultural makeup? Where do you live?

Apply that question to your use of the internet. What is local resiliency on the internet? Do you have any?

When our National military and the agencies of security deployed by our Government at the Federal, State and Local levels of authority set to work in order to provide "local resiliency" to the population under its management, what is the nature of that local resiliency, and how do you interact with it Individually?

In the event of an emergency, or in the event of a market collapse, what performance standards do you expect from the "local resiliency" to which you are accustomed, and how would you interact with the delivery of these locally resilient outcomes?

What roles do National, State, and Local governing organizations faithfully perform in producing the condition of "local resiliency" in every community where "local resiliency" is required?

If a Society were to observe that structure of "local resiliency" as it actually exists in any situation where it is required, what would it actually be observing? What actions produce local resiliency? What people act in a locally resilient manner? What people lack local resiliency?

What responsibility do locally resilient people have to those other people who lack local resiliency? How does Society manufacture local resiliency so that the structure of its living reality serves the best interests of all people?

What role does a public education system have in creating a locally resilient populace?
