Root Data Structure of Society

This blog is filled with my thoughts on the inherent flaw in the root data structure of Society and the internet's role in exposing this fact. It is an evolving commentary not overly concerned with limited reading skills or time of engagement. Read as you see fit, interrogate what you can, evolve your own understanding appropriately.

The "Root Data Model" of American Society is flawed and must stand accountable under the review of Individual Americans. "We the People" demonstrate a personally Sovereign origin of authority, and common sense dictates that this root model of authority is the only means by which a country such as America could ever come into existence or defend the integrity of its own unique form of freedom, security and justice. An "error of omission" from the US Constitution, in the form of a "recursive Signatory", has yielded a population of administrative data slaves. John Hancock demonstrated how personal Sovereignty must always be conveyed, not just for the King of England, but for any and every administrative mechanism that history is required to instruct by the direct intervention of free and Sovereign Individual people.

Personal Sovereignty deals with administrative precedence... its reality is expressed via means that are self-represented prior to social administration. You can not inaugurate personal Sovereignty from within an administered container as the default construct. It must be self-provisioned and Universally associative. A managed service can exist post-administration, but requires personal Sovereignty to stand its service integrity up. This is common sense, and omitted from our social contract likely because of such fact. A country like the US can not exist otherwise... the contracts could never have been drafted or defended.

Today, by virtue of administrative process, personal Sovereignty has been omitted from the root data model of "legal participation" in Society as an American. To make matters worse, the resulting model of data-slavery and service permission ceremonies has resulted in the construction of "legal entities" lacking equality in operational Terms. Citizen-slaves are now less empowered structural entities than the purely administrative creations we call "corporations", which we have assigned legal living status to and given preferred treatments to under the presiding laws of our time.

Fixing our root data structure is critical to restoring a data model that respects our nations constituents as a "market of equals" by default, enabling our best principles to be expressed by Individual freedom and personal motivation.

Ownership of property as a personal experience is a construct of Society... its expression follows accepted social contracts in time.

We require a new administrative model of authority to fix our root data model problem, one that maps like this in terms of how an administrative flow should work:

SOVEREIGN_ID_CITIZEN_OWNER ID[entity]+[entity]+

Notice the shift to an identified market of equals (Citizen Owners)... we are not citizen data slaves leveraged as assets structured as social liabilities... we each own responsibility for our social contract Individually and express our asset value directly.

Privacy = personal leverage in practical Terms. Government surveillance is a cooperative activity in a nation of personally Sovereign constituents, not an outcome practiced by W2's against lesser entities defined as citizen data slaves.

We must fix our root problem if we wish to create change, and not simply pay attention to its symptoms.
