1st Rights construct 2nd Rights
Short and sweet:
Each of us possess, inalienable by any act of man to suppress, the ability to express 1st Rights into this world by any and all means chosen freely as Individual Human Beings.
2nd Rights are socially represented and are amenable in time through procedures that vary by Society type, but which are ALWAYS affected by 1st Rights temporally.
Choices:
Abdication of 1st Rights is akin to self-inflicted slavery, and may be chosen freely by any Individual, whether in personal or data administration Terms.
Human Rights will vary as expressed by 2nd Rights based on the choices that Individuals make while participating within constituencies of any type, to include National Sovereignty's.

There is only one condition more powerful than FREEDOM availed to all Humans...
Self-represented 1st Rights.
The foundation of any Institutional 2nd Right is the Sovereign source authority of Individuals.
There is only one economic incentive more powerful than FREE in a socio-economic Universe...

The root of wealth is Human existence, personally accounted in every context.
