You are whole. At birth, you are whole.
Despite being one of the most feeble creatures on the planet at birth, I personally guarantee for any human baby in my care, custody, or in need of my ability to serve as a neutral protectorate on their behalf, humanity arrives on this planet whole, with personal sentient integrity and Human Rights. I guarantee I am not alone or a minority in this position as an Individual.
Human Rights exist. Human Rights exist to define personal expectations for social engagement, and the lens through which all humans may be Judged in Terms relational to other humans based on an Individual's actions and efforts at influencing the actions of others.
Our power as humans is discoverable in how we live. Alive, with imagination and coordination, Individuals among one another. This basic structure constitutes our species; Individuals among one another.
Language works for accuracy, and must be tamed diligently. "We" have always been "I and I" in actual language structure that matches our shared reality. This observable shared reality, demonstrable when necessary, is the basis upon which Human Rights are conveyed.
Identity
Everything that has existed before the official launching of Humanity, digitally... is irrelevant for the future. Human beings are deploying a new technology-based infrastructure for sentient co-existence. On this internet, people connect as data objects under management. Data tells stories, and people are transmuted into the digital ink that brings life to the <html>spaces</html> that link us, one to another.
History has shown that a horrific capacity for human destruction exists when humans are trackable as data relations stored in a file system, or database, that can give power to nefarious intent when authority of access is misconstrued.
Current day innovations are showing that tremendous benefits arise when humans share data contextually that is useful for inspection of "big data" pattern recognition and other story types that shine light on meanings stored in the data that can benefit human lives.
Authority
The structure of authority is the key to human integrity, well-being, security and opportunity for improvement by Individual means. How an Individual exists among others is relative to the nature and Society one exists within.
Society is persistent, geographical, cultural and made by Individuals among one another. There is no Society without Individuals. Individuals with Human Rights make Society possible. Society can be destroyed, and Society can emerge where there was once none, and in every case it is relational to the integrity of Individual authority to exist with Human Rights freely.
Cyber-security education is critical to the baseline idea of digital Society made by humans and human data. Human engineers bare a great deal of responsibility to ensure that Humanity is well formed and well prepared for the digital future being imagined by Individuals working among one another.
Identity is mis-structured and must be reestablished in every civil Society on planet Earth that does not believe in structuring socio-economic participation using methods of human enslavement, whereby Individual humans have their Sovereign authority co-opted by artificial systems and data structures, losing their personal, direct and immutable Human Rights in every context.
Human Rights should be formally 'Declared' as Universal, and beyond as becomes necessary. Our species is boundless, and our imagination is indomitable. No matter what the future may hold, Individuals acting among other Individuals will determine how Humanity responds. No "We the People" acting with misconstrued authority and indirect labor structure will provide the security, resilience, or emergency service in the moment of human need; FEMA will be late to the scene. Individuals directly representing their own authority will protect, empower, save and serve the needs of the Individuals that comprise every Sovereign Society.
Sovereign law is the manner by which authority is transacted in Society. This very powerful and decorated word has a history of application to Individual people. Sovereign authority exists at the pinnacle of Humanity in its various forms as social-politics. In every case, Individuals bare ultimate accountability for the Sovereign power they represent. Even where power is generational, epoch, dynastic... accountability exists and plays consequence.
Individuals are the natural holders of authority. As Individuals living among other Individuals, our arbitration of existence and social consequences is only really possible when people work towards that possibility in honest and earnest ways. Failure is part of life, tragedy will happen, and civil societies will require Individuals to act upon other Individuals to balance the reactive nature that injustices often produce.
A civil Society that respects life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by Individuals must accurately represent the authority that Individuals possess and contribute to the social-politic in building Society's outcomes. Holding Individuals as structural assets not self-provisioned, but instead stored as liabilities that are leveraged to produce harvested value by market or Government actors, and which are corruptible due to the structure of participation systemically even before an age of legal accountability, would not represent such a civil Society.
In other words, a country with the structure of the United States of America, representing the equality of all people to the Rights of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, cannot structurally take their citizenry digital unless the infrastructure of Human Rights being represented by all Individuals within its transactional jurisdiction is accurate to its Constitutional intent.
In still other words, you are not an American unless you own your own identity and data structure as a Sovereign Individual among other Sovereign Individuals. Our Society can not constitute its own Sovereignty accurately unless every member of our Society has personal Sovereign authority, integrity, freedom and security under the care and custody of Sovereign law. Any other model is un-Constitutional in the digital dataverse.
John Hancock represents our self-Sovereign muse, writ large so no King or administrative system throughout history would ever miss his meaning. America is a land made by free and brave Individuals, with personal authority, and Sovereign law is derived of by and for the benefit of Individuals among other Individuals equally, in good faith.
History fails forward; wrongs can not be fixed, but courses can be corrected. Our model represented as "We the People" has served us well in the 240 years since our founding. The freedom that Individuals have experienced in this Sovereign land has built dreams of great diversity, and prosperity and well-being for the entire world. The American Individual represents what is possible when equality and justice for all people is well-represented by accountable Individuals living among other Individuals with great self-provisioned opportunity.
Today, America must reinvent its identity management model that all American citizens utilize to build their personal socio-economic lives and authority among the social-politic. This structural shift requires that all Individual citizens of America have self-Sovereign authority expressed initially as a recursive signatory to the Constitution, under the care of guardian and systemic integrity whereby Human Rights are built into the baseline structural apparatus of digital communication in all its forms. Any infrastructure that denies the ability for self-Sovereign representation and provisioning of authority contextually can not be conceptualized to Agree with the Sovereign laws of America.
It is this simple: human identity must be well-formed to serve its Sovereign intent. American identity is not well-formed for digital participation by Individual citizens, and its un-Constitutional structure must be amended. Self-Sovereign authority is a baseline requirement for Constitutional identity.
