Empowerment of people begins with Individuals. Our collective starting line, and the perception of your relationship to it, vary needlessly. Individuals with structural Rights define their own humanity.

Our human actions can not be enslaved. Individual Human Rights do not need a pin code. The way in which we are administered as people determines the type of people we are allowed to be by systems... and Human Rights do not exist because of any other transaction or dependency.

Human Rights live in you.

Mobs can and do take basic rights away from people. It is common. The norm. Mob-rule has always been considered sub-optimal in a social structure that prizes Individual liberty, freedom and justice for all.

But time is a fickle master. Leverage among people is a prize most valuable indeed. Wars are fought for leverage. Labor leverage alone drives much of the structure of our developed world. Ownership contracts rule the world, and property is something that people are quite fond of transmuting the value of their living into.

The manner in which you execute ownership contracts in your life will determine the kind of life you live, and the way you believe your structural Human Rights work. Owning your life as an Individual with advanced capabilities by structural intent would set you apart among mankind. The cost and complexity of such actions is all that separates any Individual from their own personal leverage.

Human Society is changing quickly at the hands of technology. Leverage is being reconsidered by necessity due to the actions of those with the capability to use technology to pursue outcomes possible only because of technology. These producers of automated systems of intelligence are presented with a uniquely powerful moment as a result of their capabilities. They possess a form of leverage that may be wielded on behalf of humanity using infinite formulas of exchange.

Mankind is free to make any kind of relationship on its own behalf. Individuals all over the world everyday opt-into relationship types that are absolutely cringe-worthy. People do these things to themselves, and to others that they express their leverage upon. The infinite minutia is important to document, but it is not of direct value in determining how any action may be regarded.

Humanity does not improve with more rules being enforced. Humanity does not improve with no rules being enforced. Humanity thrives when it is free and happy... and yet, often one person's happiness is another's sadness. This is structural reality. Humanity is flawed... and it is free to be flawed for the most part.

Treat others as you would be treated. This is the power of Humanity. This is creative leverage. This is love. This is enthusiasm. This is our future.

Death comes for us all. Our great equality is found in our eventual expiration from the days we love... and the sadness that is passed from one to another by the loss of loved ones.

In all of our complexity as a species, we can observe some basic structural truths that if altered would truly disrupt our status quo evolution. Death, freedom to love and pursue happiness as Individuals... if altered, change the course of what humanity is at its core. Every one of us gets to react personally as we choose.

This is the connective tissue of our species; an organism of Individuals. Our root Right as a Human is to act as we choose... whatever that may be.

Society is an Agreement writ large; you must Agree.

Not Agreeing means not participating in Society, and that is increasingly hard on planet Earth. Self-reliance and small group subsistence is a Human Right that should be respected by default by Society, and if implemented with sufficient understanding of the results that structure creates, should be implied in its design.

Self-Sovereignty is your role in Society writ large; you must Agree.

There is no alternative to the preservation of Human Rights in relation to automated systems of management and communication. Human Rights are 1st Rights. Citizen Rights are 2nd Rights. Society is not civil if it does not respect both Human and system Rights by default, and provide the mechanism to all people (as defined by system intent) in its purview.

Identity is the control parameter of Human Freedom and empowerment. It is also the control parameter of systemic enslavement and management. The source of your Sovereign authority as an Individual Human being determines the nature of your relationship to everything else. Escaping the system, once configured incorrectly, is increasingly difficult so long as aggressive pursuants walk among us, in friendly repose or otherwise. Data-enslavement, whether for friendly or oppressive purposes, uses the same methods of inspection at the root level of interaction.

Looting our root data structure as citizens is regarded as the primary act in establishing the free market system. Babies are born into this system, and the data on their birth certificate is held in Trust as the root material of interest and value in the marketplace. Obtaining this data, and leveraging the existence of this data is the creative machinery of administering Society.

What if Society didn't loot our root data structure from each of us as babies?

What if we were held in state, under the custody of care and guardianship of our parents, legal protectorates, or system-driven exchanges that triggered the release of time-based Rights. So kids 0-17 can live freely in a state of playful independence where learning is empowered and protected by guardians... and kids at 18 receive custody of their own self-Sovereign authority and ability to sign contracts, define relationships with legal force, etc.

What if human children grew up as protected self-possessed assets? Instead of data-slaves under management, they would be empowered structurally by default Human Rights and Citizen Rights in all of their dealings with systems of care and custody where they have legal cause. This would change the world.

Poor people are structurally poor. Wealthy people are structurally wealthy. Anomalies occur in either direction, but more often than not do not last long. It is next to impossible to be wealthy without being structurally preserved.

Structure yields results; this is how our root value as people joined in the fight for Human Rights and success works.

Ultimately, you must overcome that which limits you and yours, and structure yields results.
