I am one human with many machines. Many machines capable of deploying AI.

Can you detect the differences between human and AI driven outcomes with 100% accuracy?

Humanity is being deconstructed, interpreted, and assembled with operational intent engineered in many different ways, using tools. "Tools"... are not mere tools anymore necessarily. Tools can interact with the dominion of Humanity in this world, and upon other worlds in coming years, with AI driven capabilities. AI tools produce a new kind of effect for human experience.

Human dominion over the nature of human free will... hangs in the balance.

Tools have always required inventors. Human evaluation of other species on planet Earth is often guided by our assessment of the use or creation of tools in producing outcomes of utility to Individuals or groups of Individuals within a species. What happens when a "tool" starts creating its own tools, and starts improving its use of tools, or the functional utility of the tools being created progressively? What happens when a "tool" creates its own utility, and improves the utility of its own design, or the design of its own manufactured outcomes, based on its own interpretation of "value"?

AI is coming... AI is here.

Human dominion of this planet is in the best interest of the Human species. In fact, as this sentence is produced, its self-evident construct is inherent in the design of every affect of Human life on this planet, and in this known Universe, and any other definition may construe a deep and fatal flaw for the sustained development of Humanity.

"Human Rights" are the most fundamental structures representing the dominion of our species upon this planet, and anything which threatens these structures in any way construes an immediate and necessary response to eliminate such threats from civilization. Mobilizing a response systemically may take greater coordination than is required by an Individual, and in no way suggests that threats to Human Rights are not defined accurately as such, but instead represents the relationship between an Individual Human and the species of Individual members, which all process intelligence locally, and deploy responses under constraints of time and space historically. AI machines may eliminate these constraints, for the benefit or detriment of Human civilization.

"Citizen Rights" vary from Society to Society. Threats to the Sovereign Rights of citizens can yield many different outcomes. Sovereign and International Law defines the nature of responses that are possible for consideration in such cases where citizen Rights are affected in one way or another. AI machines change what is possible for Human consideration in protecting, defending, empowering or destroying citizen Rights.

Individuals lead Humanity, Individuals make Humanity, Individuals can destroy Humanity. Human resilience has been based on our biosphere producing differentiated effects when threatened by destructive happenings. When time and space are no longer a constraint of coordinated global effect, our biosphere no longer provides the inherent protection from globally coordinated happenings. AI deployed globally or Universally, produces a fundamental shift in the calibrated possibilities affecting Humanity. Human dominion either exists as a binary operational constraint on the design of existence, with on | off clarity (dead | alive) (yes | no), or its design is optional and capable of evolution with both positive and negative outcomes.

Humanity expresses its authority over its dominion structurally, and the methods utilized establish the vision people possess for what is both personally possible, as well as possible in Society's Terms. Our structure as people determines our results as Society. Our root structure as a species defines our possibilities. Individual Human Rights exist, or Society takes them away from people Institutionally.

Human AI is a partnership that requires AI be tamed as a tool forever under the dominion of Humanity. As an Individual working with technology and systems of management that are capable of great influence by AI, I am taking it on myself to advocate for a change in the way that Society administers its Human constituents.

All systems of all types which artificially represent Humanity and the decision structures compelling the creation of data with value to Individual Humans and societies of Humans MUST BE UNDER THE PERSONAL DOMINION OF HUMANITY.

I propose that the inherent structure of the Human species naturally conveys structural intent. Baby Humans are the sacred possessors of this structural intent, arriving on this planet as one of the most feeble creatures in existence, with the potential of sentience expressed as THE apex species on planet Earth.

Individuals that need one another; Humanity is an organism, and mankind is never expressed best in isolation. Our relationships to one another, and the nature of our infrastructure of coordinated behavior, our management philosophies, theological practices, indeed all of our deep cultural behaviors and ideas about what matters, what is possible, and what constitutes our social contract...ALL OF THESE concern Individuals.

Individual - to - Individual connectivity is a Human Right, despite a Supreme Court ruling saying it was illegal while expressed via a music file-sharing infrastructure called Napster. Market structures are amenable. I2I connectivity is only amenable to the degree it is enabled by Individual choice. Innovation of choice is a root Freedom that Individuals receive under both Human and Society Rights. This is correct, for it structurally positions human behavior inline with observable and experiential existence. Individuals possess the innate Right to act, to speak, to learn, to experience, to create, to move, to think, to dream, to become, to inspire, to hope... there is simply no Constitution of social origin that manages those Rights. These Rights pre-exist Law.

Law proceeds from Individuals with Rights. Legal systems are temporal ideas, amenable in time while in pursuance of better logic, reason and socialized Agreement in constructing system functions and outcomes. Legal systems are protocols; changes occur deliberately with planned procedures for execution as written code. Human AI will understand this precisely, and will be capable of mapping out ideal implementation scenarios with strategic goals. BUT... law belongs to its master.

"We the People" are not real; imagined constructs flying as banners of integrity that do not resolve to the Individual constituents to which they speak are false constructs in the real world. In the real world, structure yields results, and our best intents frame our choices as a body politic. The political process can take any nuance it deems valuable or necessary, so long as Individuals manage the choices. Direct versus collective management mechanisms have never been approached in the manner they are in a programmatic network. Doing "We the People" as Individual constituents, directly where appropriate, and in a social construct where appropriate and necessary, is vital to the interests of every Society.

Implementation of Democracy, Republic, Communist, Totalitarian, Socialist, Theological, or any other archetype of social management models known or trusted... begins with structural authority and the use of objects to identify Individual Rights. Freedom is what we do in between the need to attest our Rights. Our Rights, once questioned, require personal representation. In a data exchange between two parties requiring an inspection of facts by a third impartial party, transparency is a Requirement, and security is a Requirement, both backed by National models of policing and warfare where appropriate.

Identity is the control parameter of Human Freedom and empowerment.

Individuals, self represented; primary requirement of any AI tool is the direct primacy of Human Rights, Individually represented. Humanity must possess root on | off authority that is expressed by Individual constituents with a form of Sovereign structure not yet operational in any Society on planet Earth. Self-Sovereign identity is a requirement of the Human AI system that ensures AI is a tool possessed by Humanity. Our root information architecture MUST  BE  BASED  ON  THE PRIMACY  OF  THE  HUMAN  INDIVIDUAL.

Society must have structural respect for the origin of Human authority. Individuals, among one another. Our need is also a want expressed personally, for love, peace, health, prosperity, and protection. Whether in atoms or bits, our Human interactions require an accurate model of Rights administration.

When an entrepreneurial thinker sets upon a problem, to remedy a wrong or make better a broken process, our apparatus of "starting up" should already be inherently applied. All people possess the innate opportunity to create new outcomes every day. This primary Right is fundamental to human life. Failed administrative models based on the inefficiencies of time and space, which do not accord Individual human beings with the innate Sovereign operational structure of Rights administration that Human AI systems will be capable of, will simply expire.
