Mapping American Sovereignty

American Sovereignty has a structure that can be mapped.

Citizens can sell themselves out by structural ignorance, and system design. It is the responsibility of people to recognize the only origin of Human Rights that is possible, and guarantee them structurally in the administration of Human authority under Sovereign law. People before systems.

When a child is born, a living breathing Sovereign being arrives on our planet. Civil Society is represented by a choice, the choice to self-represent and be accountable for the opportunities that Society enables, empowers and espouses as the prime reason for Agreement with the social contract. A baby is not capable of such choice, and therefore exists under the Sovereign protection of a parent, parents, family, guardian and or Guarantor of the Sovereign integrity of an Individual Human life. This is the root stock of Human Rights, passed from one sentient generation to the next.

Civil Society begins at an age of accountability for Individuals. Until such time, babies exist in a protected state, capable of open participation in Society in every regard, and able to receive open educational development without being hindered by methods of civic administration. Children, prior to an age of personal responsibility, are guaranteed a life without risk of  loss due to the existence of mis-constructed identity administration methods that dis-empower personal participation for the benefit of any entity other than the child.

At an age of accountability, children function as Citizens, with full administrative capability. Modulation of this starting point is easily capable of administration using methods similar to current health care administration, where children under 26 may remain on parental health care plans for cost savings and benefits. Additional examples such as voting rights, alcoholic consumption rights or driving rights also serve to demonstrate this concept. Different Societies will enforce these methods differently, but the foundation of self-Sovereign administration will set the costs and benefits in motion, and be equally open to engagement by all citizens.

Baseline structural administration of self-Sovereign methods of identification in all Sovereign exchanges sets this process in motion. Of, by and for the people of Society requires an administrative structure to Guarantee the structural integrity of this model of self-Governance. The absence of a Sovereign process Guaranteeing this protected model of administration is a general risk to the continuity of the American model of Sovereignty.
