Systems will be programmed to relate to humans one way or another.
Methods matter.
History tells a tale about Humanity, the big species and its little parts, Individual each.
The origin of human authority never seemed to be up for debate in my upbringing in America. New York and Virginia tell different but unified tales of the nature of Individual Liberty, and its source of administrative Rights.
We the people originated our ghost in the machine by standing up Individually and giving action and signatory to our personal Declaration of Independence and Constitution as a new Nation. Our Declaration of Independence was issued to an Administrative King, a Sovereign authority, and our message was writ large... JOHN HANCOCK and his ilk, SHALL NOT PERISH FROM THE EARTH.

Institutional workers are not made of the same stuff; not while employed in the business of the Institution. There is no equality between the self-Sovereign human life and the W2/W4 laborer. There is a specific trade that determines the legal meaning of these administrative structures. If you disobey the Law in this regard, you can come to great loss under penalty.
Institutional thought is irrelevant to the well-functioning of Sovereign authority, insomuch as it does not inform the process of guaranteeing self-Sovereign human precedence over the administrative integrity being disposed of by the machinery of the Institution. This is basic common sense.
Of, For and By people.
Institutional workers are at odds with self-Sovereign thinkers and developers because they have been given a proxy of stewardship that is mis-aligned to the very real structure that self-Sovereign authority is capable of demonstrating before the Law. In the year 2017, this looks like an inevitable challenge to the structure of the Constitution as it is administered by the Supreme Court.
Institutional data origination of human authority that transmutes human-based Rights into system-owned permissions and mechanisms of permissioning while usurping the leverage of origination away from self-Sovereign and secured bodies of the Human species, Individually represented in favor of Institutional control/power authorities... shall be deemed counteractive of Human Rights.
Institutions have been allowed to operate as the source of Human Rights, National Rights and local permissions.
But in every case where real need occurs, it is people that must source their own Human Rights and stand up to defend those of others directly. Administrative workers show up late, if ever, and never bring the Sovereign authority Individuals must declare and display for themselves in the end.
The United States of America never comes into the world... it literally never exists... if people do not demonstrate the source of Sovereign authority Individually. Ours is a self-Sovereign representation model, and it is time we start innovating from this foundation as a collective vision for what our "more perfect Union" may become in the future.
Institutional thinkers have done a great job in some ways... the world is getting better when you evaluate the statistics... the story is very clear... the world has never been better statistically. Poverty, infant mortality, hunger, death by disease, etc... administering life is gaining capabilities.
And yet our Institutions are killing us, enslaving us, manipulating us, spending our treasure in destructive ways, evaluating risk in ineffective ways, and telling us people, the Sovereign authorities of this land, how to act as customers of our Government and elected Representative-Lobbyist cartels. Why?
Our Sovereign authority has been under-engineered, and in a digital data-driven world, our Sovereign structure is not being deployed correctly, and its current methods are counter-productive to American Sovereign integrity.
More than anything else, fixing the origin of administrative authority... the model of precedence given to the registration of identification information, and the relationship structure that results from simple order of operations, must be altered. Sovereign Rights and human authority are not given by Governments, they are sourced from people and Governments derive their existence from the integrity of these people in all methods of administration.
In America, our Government responds to a demonstration of validated source authority. It does not demand and withhold operational Human Rights or National Sovereign Rights on the premise that it is the source of American authority. It is the process of identity that must be engineered.. and the resulting method of authenticating Rights that ultimately determine what kind of civil Society any people are building.
American Sovereignty has omitted the very thing that gave it existence, and without such direct demonstration would have prohibited America from existing in the first place as a Sovereign Nation; self-Sovereign signatories (ID) of authority set the stage for American Sovereignty and its administration under Law.
This error of omission must be fixed to restore integrity to the American Sovereign model in all administrative exchanges with its people. Order of operations sets the table, respect for the source of Human authority and Rights preserves our intent as Americans.
