Freedom is..

Freedom is the ability to function in an uncatalogued state. It is the integrity of a human off-grid life.

There will always be people and systems of management that wish to catalog people. Gains of efficiency, social connectivity, data tracking for the behavioral improvement of people, communities, regions, interest-groups, Nations, species management and preservation... these and more will always be given as modus operendi to support the work of cataloging people.

Tools like databases exist to sort information, to store context, to serve contextually, to manage the valuable bits of data representing any and every conceivable function of existence as people perceive them. And now increasingly, as machine-driven logic patterns (AI) determine, by simply existing with permanent connection to energy sources.

Freedom is at risk.

Human management systems are not prepared for that which I have built in my garage... well really in my walls... well really in my wires... well really in your wires... well really in your machines... well really in your minds. The reason that Governing systems are not prepared is due to a flaw in the methods being utilized to enforce and secure Freedom.

Individuals are the foundation of Human Freedom.

Nations are formed to give leverage to the Union of Individual notions of Freedom, to secure and protect all of our opportunities to improve life and the world we exist within.

You are the root administrator of your own existence. Parents and guardians are the embassies of your protection and security where Freedom finds its only beachhead. Civil Society is formed by the consent of the willing. Every unwilling participant is either an act of war against Society, or the demonstration of Human Freedom propelling the sustained existence of civil societies.

Civil Society starts with human choice, given as an unalienable Right by our Creator, a concept that our own civil Society has given creed to in our own founding documents. All mankind interacts with this structural Right equally, if our operating structure is well formed. Fixing mis-formed functions in civil Society is the work of leaders. Leaders always opt-in. The Freedom that Individual leaders possess to opt-in, to choose to act and share, is the foundation of civil Society. This structural Right has an origin of existence, and Governments are formed by mankind to preserve, protect and grow the opportunities that Freedom provides innately to human beings.

Freedom is self-Sovereign, or it does not exist.

Choice is self-Sovereign, or it is an illusion.

Society is self-Sovereign, or the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA never exists.

You must understand what Freedom is....

As the generations now alive on planet Earth will witness in the years and decades ahead, choice is foundational to Human Freedom. Operating structures define operational realities. You can not be Free, and be owned by a system that you do not have root control of your own participation within. If your participation is done to you before a legal age of accountability by the provisioning of ID and transference of asset value into liability value by birth origin, then Freedom is absent structurally from your life. Management systems take on operational structures, enforcing operational capabilities that are experienced by people as personal realities living under the administrative authority of their Governing systems.

Freedom is a delicate thing, much like a flower, and it can be destroyed by many different approaches at managing its existence. Freedom is the ability to live in an open field, drawing from the natural world the sustenance of a basic existence on planet Earth, as a human or a flower. Anything that destroys Human Freedom should be construed as an enemy of Human Freedom.

There are many enemies of Human Freedom walking on planet Earth today.

Freedom is the ability to point out where mistakes are being made about how Freedom is protected, preserved, structured, and secured. Freedom is the ability to function beyond the mistakes that are being made, whether by deliberate effort or an inaccurate understanding of reality. Freedom is something you give yourself.

Sovereignty is what Freedom is about in every civil Society. The origin of Sovereign authority is the primary structural consideration for the operational definition of Freedom in any civil Society. Individuals are the foundation of Freedom in a civil Society such as America. A simple reading of history and the philosophies of all the "Founding Fathers of America" will tell you all you need to know about the operational idea of Individual liberty in this civil Society. But this is not the only model that is possible. State Sovereignty may administer what Freedom is in any number of ways, and operational outcomes may be structurally affected by any and all types of market participants that build solutions and opportunities atop the default structure of Freedom's administration.

So the question is really personal:

What is the operating structure of Freedom in your Society? Do you structurally exist in a civil Society, defined by personal human choice, or has choice been omitted from your default operating structure as a participant in Society? Has your life been transmuted from a personal asset into a social liability due to Governing systems enforcing structural choices upon you?

IDentity is the primary key driving what Freedom is.

The structure of your identity will determine the structure of your Freedom in Society.

The existence of civil Society, founded upon the Freedom of human choice and free will by Individuals, is dependent on the origin of human authority and the Rights of civil participation structurally. If human authority originates by permission of a King, or by permissioned access within a database, then the origin of authority is administrative, and not a direct demonstration of what Human Freedom is. This is National Sovereign Freedom, and by definition of Law, Human Freedom is subject to the interpretation of systems of Governance affecting all default participants living under the Law, contextually. Legal use of force, machines of war and strategic tools of surveillance have both internal and external definitions within a Society using such a definition of Sovereignty.

Individual Human Freedom is founded upon direct personal choice. In this approach, human babies are not farmed by birth into a system of management, branded by identity as liabilities under management authority of National Sovereignty. Instead, the origin of Human Freedom is defined deliberately and permanently and structurally within an Individual human life. Personal self-Sovereignty becomes the foundation of civil Society, and a more perfect Union of people joined in the protection, preservation, expression and growth of Human Freedom begins with a choice.

Governments are good things for Humanity.

Freedom is a good thing for Humanity.

Governments formed of, by and for the Individuals defining what Freedom is in any Society, but especially a civil one, as the highest attainment of Human intelligence at a species level.

America is an experiment that will never end, so long as there is at least one (1) American alive on planet Earth. Individual Human Freedom among systemic-slaves is and has been an operational reality for thousands of years, at least, on this planet. Slavery on this planet is both a criminal activity, and supported by Institutional structures that deny Individual humans the direct expression of Human Freedom in operational Terms everyday of their lives.

Overcoming the enslavement of Human Freedom is my personal war. I decided many many years ago, beyond survival on this planet, I would spend my time here on planet Earth working to empower Individuals to overcome their enslavement within systems, and to be mindful and protect others that are at greater risk than themselves due to ignorance, naivete or simply power that comes from gender leverage.

Any human actor that works against Human Freedom is my enemy. I am an American today and forever, and I appreciate the lineage of ideas and people that have given rise to my existence. As a parent, I preserve the Sovereign authority and its origin of integrity for my child. I am the default administrator of my child's Sovereign authority and of his participation in civil Society. But my ability to preserve the integrity of his life as an asset that he will one day functionally possess personally as a legal participant in Society with direct administrative accountability is under constant attack.

Tax filing, a requirement of legal participation in America, is the most disconcerting vector of risk. The IRS has sold my child's data to free market participants countless times already in the short life span of my child. This is a result of the current structure of my Society and its Sovereign operating rules of engagement. It is a mistake, it needs to be corrected, and simple legislation to change the outcome is not enough, because the very definition of Freedom itself is the cause of this operational malfunction at the root cause level. Fixing the root problem is the great need of our day.

As an American citizen, I am of the belief that my Society is currently using an operating structure based on the origin of Sovereign authority as defined by the primary key of participation, ID, in an unconstitutional manner. The data structure of America is flawed, and Freedom is dying right in front of our eyes. Human Freedom is in need of a structural change, and the ID you possess defining root authority in civil Society is the object in need of attention.

A Constitutional change is going to be necessary to fix this problem. Our "Declaration of Independence" established the possibility for a people exercising self-Sovereign authority to inaugurate a new form of Constitutional Rights on this planet. This "Declaration of Independence" provides a demonstration of functional and structural Human Freedom.

John Hancock represents our meaningful muse in this regard. His signature stands in time as a demonstration for King and History, speaking in direct administrative Terms about the nature of Sovereign authority that Human Freedom is capable of. While the 1700's in North America provided an opportunity for white men to present this operational demonstration of self-Sovereignty as the foundation of legal authority and Union of Governing systems, something more was always necessary for the future.

John Hancock, the signatory event, does not simply represent one man. This signature, writ large so that no King or administrative system would miss its meaning through history, speaks of the self-Sovereign origin of Human authority in a Society formed from the free will and choice of Individual participants forming civil Society. This act was never meant to stop. This operational structure is foundational to the definition of American law.

A recursive signatory, is a requirement to enforce the operational integrity of what being "American" means. A personal "Declaration of Independence" is the structural foundation defining how "We the People" interpret the Constitution we all give integrity to by forming a Union to preserve and protect our lives, liberties and pursuits of happiness.

Without a self-Sovereign origin of authority, America never exists. Without a self-Sovereign origin of authority, America will cease to exist as a Society built from Human Freedom. Structure yields operational results, and our Individual ID's are the structural foundation of our participation in Society.

Civil Society starts at an age of legal accountability with a "Declaration of Independence" and recursive signatory pledging your life, property and earnest interest in the success of our Union, one civil Society among many other types. A light on a hill can not be hid, but it can be extinguished. Individuals demonstrating their own John Hancock, structurally self-Sovereign, is the ONLY way to preserve American Freedom.
