Individual People Matter

Hard to fight the sense of sadness for people that I am experiencing; I know people who hedge politically left, I know people who hedge right, and they are my family, my friends, my colleagues, my community, my State, my Nation. As professionals, as parents, as Americans.. people have lost control, and some people never had it to begin with. That is not changing in 2020, and at the most basic level, people can not control or audit every vote, the fundamental currency of democracy, and it is causing pain.

As a Sovereign Nation derived "of, by, for" the people giving it integrity, our Governance system either guarantees our administrative fidelity as Individuals among one another, or it is amended to do so. A permanent dysfunction is not permitted, as the inability to guarantee Sovereign integrity at the meaning of a vote, whether by vote suppression or inability to accurately audit voting results with social context, renders the Government of the United States of America null.

All power in this democracy is founded by, and sustained by, the people. Every one of us, as Individuals in possession of unalienable and self-evident Rights, give our authority to the Sovereign jurisdiction our Government manages. Administration is a structural outcome; if the structure is incorrect, inaccurate, or lacks basic fundamental properties of effective operational integrity, it shall be amended or reformatted, as is required, and replaced with an accurate rendering of American Sovereign authority.

In America, the Government derives its powers by the consent of the people. Not "All of Us" as one entity, but instead, "Each of Us" as Individual entities. Civil Society begins when you begin, at an age of accountability for the Freedom guaranteed by American citizens. Babies of Americans must find their representational force founded within their very root data structure if it is to exist at all, and every American should find the same within their own Sovereign existence, equally. As Americans, the self-Sovereign human authority of Individual people is the ONLY authority giving the administration of American Governance ANY authority under accurate Terms.

Americans own root authority, as Individuals.

Not in 2020 however, at least not most people. Most people are cattle being farmed on a plantation they barely know exists. The data structure of this aspiring civil plantation is operationally incorrect in 2020 based on literary intent, and has Individuals construed as the things created Free and secure by Government, with registration required for civil participation to exist. In reality, Americans exist, and possess self-Sovereign human authority over the operational outcomes derived by their consent. This conflict between literature and running code/databases is fundamental to the meaning of American democracy in 2020.

The American experiment is suffering a data structure catastrophe. Facebook has reverse engineered the problem, giving them advanced leverage over socio-economic and civic outcomes using their social graph. The FBI, Candidate Obama, Candidate Trump, Candidate Biden.. graphing the social behavior of cattle parading as Americans and surveilling the data of their participation is easy and big business in 2020. But, how many American people are functionally literate participants in 2020? DARPA made ARPAnet public in 1996, how far along is the development of functional literacy in our young, and their Teachers?

The systemic breakdown is pervasive; the unifying principle is the people.

You, the people, must control your own vote equally, as infrastructure. And most importantly, you must control the ability to audit your vote, with accurate social context among your fellow citizens. An inability to do this is a travesty unto the whole world, as it represents a fallacy of American leadership, and an operational destruction of the American Sovereign system built "of, by, and for" the people of the United States of America.

For the love of America, it has been 20 years since the BUSH-GORE quagmire, and still most Americans suffer daily without seeking their own self-Sovereign authority, structurally accurate to the intent of the Declaration of Independence and US Constitution. As American people, Individuals all, it is time to self-represent as more than cattle, moo'ing.
