Data is Blood

 

Everything changes... technical innovation is an unstoppable force of necessity for human survival. Some things never change. Irony dictates that people should maintain a flexible approach to thinking. It is in our best interest to understand the independence required for sustained intelligence to remain in tact. Smart humans exist, and smart families are produced generation after generation all over the world. This does not guarantee that your family will achieve such results, and it does not suggest that a person may not need to ride on the backs of others to sustain the quality of your personal living experience in absence of possessing the direct experience of smart actions personally.

People, Individuals All. 

Let all of human history document forever more the inherent structure of the human species; Individuals, living among one another, bound to time and place together. "We" is a love letter, a work of literature suggesting social possibility, hope even, that together "We" could experience love. "We" does not exist in nature as an animal, or being, it is a construct of our human minds. "We" believe in it's existence because as Individuals living among one another, "We" understand the value of our belief, of our faith in our human community.

Family is how human Individuals are born and bred, how differentiation among people comes to carry meaning within cultures made of many families, many people, Individuals all. Our young, as Individuals-becoming, take root in a world made by the love of being human. Yes, all forms of experience exist, both good and bad, and they inform our personal experience, as well as our interpretation of the meaning of being human. People, Individuals all, exist as the only form of human existence. Individuals create Humanity.

Our Institutions, tools of management, are aspirational creations made by people. There are many types; philosophies on the part of the creators of differing types create structural methods of producing the results among different people. Time and geography collides with human experience, and Institutions practicing structural philosophies dictate methods of participation which induce the results of active participation. This social experience becomes "We", "They", "Us" in the Constitutions that bind us together. Contracts create structural Terms, protocols, and standards of operation that produce results for people, Individuals all.

Equality at the baseline layer of participation is aspirational. Different people, at different times and from different places representing long cultural and family histories have interpreted "Equality" differently. At the end of the day, "We" may read our Institutional stories by evaluating the structural philosophies documenting the data practices of our Institutional administration. While you may simply exist at one time or another, and from one place or another, as a human being, a biological organism with sentient capacities, your inclusion in "Our Society", and the infrastructure of "We" must be administered.

Your human life is animated by the blood that pumps through your veins. The health of your human biological systems is fed by your blood. Nutrients flow in your blood, oxygen breathes life into your blood, and people, Individuals all are restored daily by the blood flowing through their body.

The body politic, "We The People" is made by its own type of blood. Derived from people, Individuals all, the blood that flows within our Institutional systems is the data derived from people, Individuals all. All administration of value, all meaning of participation, all of the living experiences of people moving in time across the world is made daily by the blood pumping through the ledgers and databases, wires and satellites the world over.

When a person is bleeding, a life threatening situation is taking place. If the scale of the cut is small, the human body is capable of self-healing, of clotting, scabbing and building its cellular integrity anew. This direct experience speaks to the nature of human existence. Sometimes those cuts are too big for self-healing. Sometimes those cuts require intervention from other people, from other methods of healing not intuitively available to all people as personal experience. This act of service among people, by Individuals all, is a catalyst for the development of social systems of health care. "We" can see this repeated again in the experience of human learning, where self-learning is the default human condition born into all children at birth, and yet sometimes another person can serve as a wonderful teacher of information not intuitively available to all people as personal experience.

This is our social contract; "We" are created by people, Individuals all. There is no other way for this to happen. Our long history tells a stark tale about how the Individual person and the organism created by mass effect yields leverage within the daily experiences of people. "We" has been aptly noted for it's mob tendencies, and cult-thinking methods, for inducing compliance among people, Individuals all. Institutions administering the people under their Constitutionally defined authority interpret the meaning of literary ideas aimed with intent at structural outcomes in service to people. Sometimes, those people are protected as Individuals, and sometimes those people are captured and provisioned methods of compliance in lieu of free choice, education and other such social services enforced by Institutional authority.

In the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, an Institution was defined by people, Individuals all, expressing a form of Sovereignty without compare, guaranteeing the integrity of Institutional Rights "Of, By, For" People, Individuals All. And into the hands of an Institutional administration system, human lives were presented as a people with the Rights of life, liberty and the freedom to pursue happiness unfettered by Institutional administration. A simple framework, designed to put those guarantees into a Federal Institution with separation of powers balancing operations, States holding all Rights not explicitly granted to the Federal Institution formed by Constitutional philosophy, and all things not explicitly handled by States, maintained under the direct authority of the people, Individuals all, for whom the administrative Institution was Constituted of and by.

Data is Institutional blood; made of people, Individuals all. In America, the root authority of participation giving root precedent to the existence of all Institutional authority duly Constituted is discovered within the human life of Individuals, people all. "Of, By, For" these people, and no other. Individual people, not an artificial administrative construct derived by literary outcome, "We The People" is a structural creation of human blood. The data accuracy and integrity of all operating outcomes Institutionally produced is derived from the human blood of data that drives our social contract's administration.

If the integrity of this interpretation under the law fails, humans bleed. In 2020, human Individuals are bleeding, and the structural integrity of their governance is causing cuts within the fabric of civil administration with life threatening consequences. American Individuals are having their lives hacked at by enemies, both domestic and abroad, and the data bleeding is picking up speed and intensity. Human lives are at risk, and self-healing options do not seem to be seen as available by most people. People have lost control of the literate methodologies of managing the integrity and health of the blood that flows through the veins of their Society.

America has a data structure problem; our Institution is operating with a belief that "We" is an abstract entity, distinct from the Individual people that give its literary construct meaning. The context of our Institutional mis-understanding is being propagated within our court rooms, our law schools, and within the hourly billing ledgers employed by the people wielding our administrative data and tools called lawyers. At the root of this mis-administration exists your personal human life, and if you are a family leader or parent, the structural decision you made to define your administrative identifier used to administer your Sovereign existence on planet Earth, as well as your children.

As an American, an Individual person, your Government is derived "of, by, for" your participation, free and secured. That is the baseline design constraint of your Government. If you are required to go get an identifier from an Institutional database, then this data structure defies the design integrity required for your Sovereign jurisdiction to exist. You are whole, as a person, an Individual, you are whole. Your Government does not make you whole. You make your Government whole. The Institution of your governance is imperfect, and will require your participation for all things. No employee of the Government exists with more authority than the authority you inherently possess as a human with American Sovereign authority. Employees are a downgrade on the authority hierarchy, trading a salary in order to service you as their Sovereign responsibility. You are the master of your Government in America as people, Individuals all. Unless or until you cede this authority. Structural outcomes are derived by both literate and illiterate choices.

The data structure of your citizenship is defined by the method used to inaugurate your Sovereign participation. If your legal participation is not defined by an administrative process accurately representing the people, Individuals all in America, and instead places an administrative identifier as a requirement for Sovereign participation, then the literary intent Constituting the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has failed. You, every Individual American, are not the dog of your Government. Your Government is your best friend, by structural requirement. If this is not structurally true for any reason, it is the responsibility of Americans to amend, repair, or re-Constitute their governing Institution, under the root authority of their human life, expressed with self-Sovereign integrity, based on the root precedent of America's founding fathers.

John Hancock was not provisioned the Right to disavow the Sovereignty of a King, and America's Government does not exist to provision American Rights. "We the people, Individuals all" self-declare our independence, in order to form a more perfect union. Our Institution is made of, by and for Individuals. This structure either exists, or American Sovereignty bleeds a life threatening wound.

This is a structural emergency in 2020; America's data structure is bleeding.
