People, Individuals All

This statement, accurately rendered, is the only Humanity that exists. There is no other definition of Humanity that is as accurate. Any "system" derived of, by, for people MUST OBEY this basic design constraint for accurate operating purposes; people, Individuals all.

"We" is an act of literature; a love letter of sorts, imagined to convey our common hopes for socialization. Together, living among one another, each of us as Individuals is duly represented by our participation among the whole. There is NEVER an abstract entity, a creation of literature inducing a notion of "We the People", that actually exists in reality seperate from the real structure of people, as Individuals. No act of law can change this without enforcing oppression and violence upon people to enforce compliance. People, Individuals all, is a structural design requirement for any Governance body derived of, by, for the consent of those Governed; the people, Individuals all.

Our human community is experiencing a profound moment; two structural philosophies representing the North and South poles of our shared understanding of civil Society exist in relation to one another. On the one hand exists centralized systems with omnipresent data surveillance awareness and delayed social services provisioned unto a registered population owned as data with socio-economic leveraged unto them by force of an abstract system entity called "Government". In this classic design, centralized security services provision the definition of "Freedom" to registered citizenry under the Law.

On the other hand exists people, Individuals all. In a Sovereign jurisdiction derived of, by, for the consent of the Governed, each person is the ultimate arbiter of authority within the Sovereign jurisdiction. Representational methods require direct accountability to the actual people, Individuals all, whom the Governing system exists in service to. All system artifacts, such as "ID", "Corporation", "LLP", "Trust", etc have a common origin of purpose, that being to build strength upon the foundations of a civil Society established of, by, and for the people, Individuals all, of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. All administrative authority in this Sovereign jurisdiction resolves to the people, Individuals all.

A basic, accurate definition of legal, historical precedent is required to set our Society straight:

People, Individuals all, founded the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA as a Sovereign jurisdiction using a very deliberate process. 1. People, Individuals All "Declared Independence" from a King's Sovereign jurisdiction. This demonstration of self-Sovereign human authority is THE legal precedent substantiating the mere possibility that a Governing model "of, by, for people", Individuals all, was indeed possible, and Righteous, and defensible. 2. John Hancock gave signatory, as a person, an Individual with representational meaning unto other people, Individuals all, enforcing his self-Sovereign authority by signatory event unto a Kings Sovereign administration jurisdiction. Whether accepted or not, this act and object of authority conveyed its meaning accurately, as history documents well.

Something was omitted, something of massive consequence; when John Hancock and his founding peers representing the people of a nascent Nation-to-be gave signatory to their authority, they conveyed upon themselves a structural relationship to the Sovereign jurisdiction of their allegiance, newly formed. This act, this object, required a "recursive" method of instantiating the allegiance of every man and woman to whom it Rightfully applies. The act is the recursive demonstration of self-Sovereignty, applied from one John Hancock to the next through out moving time. In the absence of such an act, applied recursively to every man, woman, and child that comes of age within the American Sovereign jurisdiction, an accurate understanding of the object certifying accountability and opportunity within the Sovereign jurisdiction can not be accurately conveyed to people, Individuals all.

America, it turns out, can not come from a central database. American's don't register like that. Americans are self-Sovereign in structural intent, and our recursive signatory is REQUIRED for the accurate administration of Government within the legal jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Our Self-Sovereign jurisdiction has suffered failures of imagination many times; the "Manifest Destiny" of America fails forward generation after generation, and despite missing our mark many times, despite mis-representing ourselves as a land of freedom and justice for all in many ways, despite the turbulence of progress in every way imaginable, "We the People", Individuals all keep making this world a better place because "We" exists within it.

So what is different now? Why now; our self-Sovereignty as people, Individuals all has been structurally omitted from the basic design and operational process of Governance for the past 231+ years, ever since the Founding Fathers created something using a process that was not conveyed recursively unto all people, every Individual. A Self-Sovereign signatory, a self-Sovereign ID, a representation of your self-Sovereign human authority, and all of the structural constraints that come from accurately administering the Sovereign jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA under the authority of it's people, Individuals all.

Every day that another baby registers into a database is a day that America fails at being America. In a data-driven world of technology, this inaccuracy is a competitive landmine, prohibiting the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA from effectively representing its greatest force on the planet. It is American Freedom and Individual Liberty that rings loudest on this planet. The American Dream is a self-Sovereign dream of directly representing your own human authority and Rights to participate legally in a Governing system derived "of, by, for people", Individuals all.

We must innovate America, the data structure, to accurately represent our root legal precedent. Our entire data structure as a Nation, as a Sovereign jurisdiction, is out of order, it is unable to process self-Sovereign human authority by design, or accurately administer the citizens of consequence who civil Society is derived of, by and for. This root requirement unmet represents a literal failure of Sovereign design, and a data structure of our Sovereign State that is unConstitutional in design and use. 

A recursive "John Hancock" moment, for every Individual American, to express their self-Soveriegn authority as a citizen of America is required. There is no other way to instantiate America than by being American using the same process, over and over and over, generation after generation, and competing globally with a structure that is unparalleled in force and nature. In a global socio-economic competition, the only thing better than "FREE" is when people, Individuals all own root. Self-Sovereign authority at the edges of Society, where all people exist, is the only competitive force on Earth that will keep centralized authoritarian regimes in check.
