Program, or be programmed. 

Own root authority, or be enslaved.

All relationships in this world are either consented, or enslaved, and often a mixture of those motives. A "civil society" raises the bar on the human condition, or it enslaves it, and methods are driven by a mixture of these motives throughout the lifecycle of relationship management. The literary difference between "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "CHINA, COMMUNIST PARTY" resolves to the relationship that actually exists between people, and Governed civil society.

What then is a human being prior to Sovereign affiliation? What do people possess that is unalienable, self-evident, and personally defensible? Life? Liberty? A pursuit of basic happiness? Data integrity? Identity of self, and among chosen peers?

What happens when the design of a Sovereign relationship forces a person, or people, to Agree to Terms of said relationship, such that all prior rooted securities are vulnerable to a new vector of "legal" literary attack? For example, consider "Vaccination Passports" as a choice that a person, or people make to have a verified relationship to a governed exchange of information credentials, and personal data context for the purpose of gaining access to services, or "Rights" in civil society.

Two choices exist when the concept of a vaccination passport enters the world;

1. Do "We", the people Governing civil society, require a person to gain access to our legally operating jurisdiction, its services, and its infrastructure of accountability in order to have "Human Rights", and access to our Sovereign territory, by utilizing a digital application that issues, holds, and verifies credentials documenting acceptance under Terms?

2. Do I, a rooted person, exist in a place that understands and demonstrates respect for Individual life, liberty, and pursuits of human happiness, and provides methods for people to express the meaning of a civil society designed "of, by, for" those people?

Civil Society in 2021 is very confused about the meaning of Constitutional literature; the Constitutional integrity of a Sovereign jurisdiction, once revered for its design "of, by, for" people, has been laid bare to reveal the autocratic nature of data management used to compel participation by the administrative methods Governing Terms of access.

People, having choices presented to them by "leaders" who can neither understand or audit the methods of their "leadership" at the hands of vaccination passports, functioning as high-tech data instruments providing access to core and leisure services in society, are at the mercy of non-functional incompetence. Market forces manipulating the intent of perceived methods of issuing, holding and verifying these ID-based data exchanges, are opaquely obscured from view behind the strategic lens of corporations known as "Think Tanks", who analyze, interpret, deploy, and lobby for the dissemination of their invested byproducts, using the dextrous sunlight of open source software as their "good faith" transparency claims.

Do you "trust" these supply chains? Will your "trust" be manufactured by technical entities designed to overcome your limitations by directly countering your incompetence? Will you "choose" to transact "trust" over the internet, or will you be branded as "trust" within the data exchanges processed by applications on the internet? Or will you leave the internet, and use the freedom-preserving technology of the blockchain to process your "choice" of participation?

When you drive around your local town that you call home, or walk in your fields behind your home, or the forests and open public spaces of "civil society" above which satellites orbit, do you control the "choice" of what pings that device in your pocket? Do you "choose" to use wifi, or the internet? Did you "choose" to attend public school? What "choice" did you have?

Non-participation; is this the last bastion of human freedom? 

When DARPA was busy funding, researching and advancing tcp/ip as a communication network design, and the NSF was busy figuring out how to commercialize its deployment into civil society, using the tax dollars of people, each person who was responsible for paying those taxes via their working revenues of participation in Sovereign society, did you get a "choice" about how this technology was used to break the ultimate silo, the identification of your participation as a person, a human, with inherent Rights and structurally required protections?

When did the surveillance system, pinging every person's hand-held tech, scanning every person's face, watching every registered automobile travel, access the "choice" of participation that people, every person is now experiencing?

When did you make your choice?

The vaccination passport is that choice, made real today, in 2021. Civil Society has been hacking the relationship dependencies upon which it is based for many years, in a spirit of good faith, extended by a people with unalienable and self-evident Rights. Our efforts extended from this choice will determine whether "We" ever deserved to consider ourselves with self-respect.

Hitler was the leader of what history now knows as the nazis. There were millions of nazis that gave Hitler his power, each in small acts of cowardice, compliance and short-sighted "choices". Fear is a great motivator of people, and cults leverage it to induce mass "choices" that defy the inherent integrity of an actual human choice.

People, Individuals all, is only real when every person makes it so. The masses, or "We/They" as literature refers to it, never make choices, even if data science tells you that the aggregated meaning of data about people is the same thing. Methods matter, and leveraging the masses to damage the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness by people, any person, is a longstanding experience on planet Earth, by many hands and methods.

Vaccination passports are the newest incarnation of a "choice" that reduces actual choice of, by, for people. You need to understand the difference, your life depends on it, and more importantly, every future human life does too. Civil Society is failing the relationships it is based upon, and everyone has their own "story" to tell about what that means.

I remain a rooted refugee, speaking, working, and defending the spirit of my civil society, a light set on a hill, to stand guard of, by, for the choices of myself, my people, and any person reaching for a helping human hand. Children don't choose; they are the litmus paper of our data-created reality. Any act done unto them having data consequence in time, that is not an adequate representation of their Sovereign design, is an enemy of their human design.
